Our buildings demonstrate an appropriate balance between function, cost and aesthetics—an approach that achieves an architecture that is confident, human in scale, and rich in detail.
Our designs take full account of their context of their surroundings and aim to create a real sense of place for their users.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Beyond the need to reduce bureaucracy within the project team and integrate design with construction more closely to increase efficiency, there is a need to improve management skills within the design sector – the various disciplines seem to operate in separate silos!
We believe that architects, with their involvement in all stages of projects, are in the right position to manage the design process. We, for our part, embrace this role – which we see as a catalyst for promoting collaborative working across the project team, including the contractor, and thereby making the design process more creative, enjoyable, and efficient.
